hi, I have one every day for breakfast, curtrnely with ground flaxseed, ground sunflower kernels and ground sesame seed. I understand for body building you should consume them immediately after a workout.Having shakes with milk slows down the absorption of the protein but I always have mine with skimmed milk powder anyway plus the protein is whey protein so having with milk really isn’t going to make a huge difference. Sometimes i’ll have a shake before bed. Read the guide.
